Privacy Policy

The short version

SoloDesks stores the information you enter so the app can work. We don’t sell your data, we don’t show ads, and we never see your card number. That’s the spirit of everything below.

What we collect

• Account details: your email address and an encrypted password, used to sign you in.
• Business profile: the business name, owner name, phone, email, address, and logo you choose to add in Settings.
• Your work data: the clients, quotes, invoices, and jobs you create. This may include your clients’ names, phone numbers, emails, and addresses. You are responsible for having permission to store them.
• Payment status: if you upgrade to Pro, our payment provider tells us the subscription is active. We never receive or store your card details.

Who processes it

• Supabase hosts our database and login system. Your data is encrypted in transit and protected so only your account can read it.
• Vercel hosts the app itself.
• Dodo Payments handles all Pro payments as the merchant of record. Card details go directly to Dodo Payments, never to us. Their own privacy policy applies to the checkout.

We share your data with no one else, and we never sell it.

Cookies and analytics

We use only the cookies needed to run the site: one that keeps you signed in, and one Cloudflare sets to block bots. There are no advertising or tracking cookies, and nothing is shared with advertisers.

We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics so we can see which pages are useful. It sets no cookies and stores no identifier that follows you: visitors are counted with a hash that is rotated daily, so we can tell how many people came without knowing who they are. That is why you will not see a cookie banner here.

Quote links you share

When you send a client an accept-quote link, anyone with that exact link can view that one quote. Links are long and random so they can’t be guessed, and we tell search engines not to index them. Share them only with the client they’re meant for.

How long we keep it

Your data stays as long as your account exists. You can delete your account and everything in it yourself, any time, from Settings → “Delete my account permanently”. Prefer to ask us? Email support@solodesks.com from your account email and we’ll do it for you. You can also download a copy of all your data from Settings first.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email support@solodesks.com.

Children

SoloDesks is a business tool and isn’t intended for anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. Meaningful changes will be flagged inside the app.
